To that end, we continue to forge relationships with our Local Organic Growers and Suppliers, a collaboration that provides us with the freshest fruit and finest ingredients.
Pascale, our founder, is the product of a long line of French chefs. A rich culinary heritage that influenced and shaped her life from an early age. After honing these skills in her native France, she traveled the world working as a private chef leaving no doubt as to where Pascale's passion lay. Pascale's extensive travel has further honed her culinary repertoire, bringing a certain 'savoir-faire' to everything she makes.
